  4. International warranty accompanies every Prima Gold piece, free of charge.
  5. Prima Gold provides a range of services, such as wash and polish, and size alteration (ring). For alteration, maximum 3 size alteration, depending on the design.
  6. Every Prima Gold product is embedded with a 99.9% mark.
  7. Other than to accessorize and investment purposes, Prima Gold also have buy back policy, with the following restrictions:
    • The jewelry is valued 30% less than what is stated on the invoice, if means of purchased is by Cash, Debit BCA and VISA ELEKTRON.
    • The jewelry is valued 34% less than what is stated on the invoice, if means of purchased is by Credit Card such as Master Card and Visa.
    • If there is no invoice, then the buyback policy is invalid.
    • Prima Gold chain necklace is eligible for buyback and trade in.

      Other than buyback policy, Prima Gold also offers trade in. This only valid if the product is accompanied by an invoice.
    • The jewelry is valued 20% less than what is stated on the invoice, if means of purchased is by Cash, Debit BCA and VISA ELEKTRON.
    • The jewelry is valued 24% less than what is stated on the invoice, if means of purchased is by Credit Card.
    • Prima Gold chain necklace is eligible for buyback and trade in.
  8. Prima Gold Finishing consists of a variety of combinations, such as Matte, Brush Finishing and Shiny. These are the trends in Europe, U.S.A, Hong Kong, Singapore and other Asian countries in general.
  9. Purchase of Prima Gold product is accompanied with an exclusive box packaging.

  10. Prima Gold product price consists of creation process and raw materials. Therefore, upon re-selling the pieces the process value is not lost entirely.

  11. All Prima Gold price is fixed. The re-sell value is not per gram, but valued at per piece, including gold consistency, diamond, design and warranty services.

  12. All Prima Gold Earrings, its PG is made from White Gold, because 24k is too soft as a PG. This is also true for all bracelets and necklace lock. For the Tie Tag, the supporter is made from White Gold. For Tie Pin, the button is made from copper, in which it is not included in the weight stated on the label. The label only states the gold weight.

  13. Prima Gold offers its customer customization, if the size of the specified design is not available. It takes approximately 40 days with 75% deposit.
